New functions

I would like to inform you that new features have been installed as of today:
- SASS Number has 10 digits and can be filled in with numbers or letters in any combination, for example Colbert002 or 104996.
- This means that if the shooter is a SASS member, he will use the SASS Number, if not and he is a member of a club, he can use the country number as a prefix and the club number, but if he is not even a member of a club, he can use any combination of numbers and letters.
- The system checks for duplicates in the SASS number when entering competitions or creating shooter accounts. At this time, the system is checking and correcting these duplicates for individual accounts.
- The duplicates are then checked and flagged for events and event archives.
